- The product will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the date of placing the order.
- we accept exchange requests if you do not like the product, if it is too big / small, if it is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product ordered, if it is not present in the parcel.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of exchange shipping (7,5dt) unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
